About Us
Founded in 2012, ConPRmetidos is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and connecting human capital to address our island’s needs. Our mission is to create a stable, productive, and self-sufficient Puerto Rico.

Success Stories
On October 30th, 2024, Futuro ConPR was launched with a successful special event that brought together over 1,300 high school students from across the island, along with their teachers and counselors.
A program dedicated to attracting and retaining talent for Puerto Rico, El Comeback connects professionals with job opportunities on the island, helping Puerto Ricans be back home and with their families.
Since 2017, we have invested more than $3.3 million with over 70 strategic partnerships across the island, delivering over $40 million in economic impact.
